WOW...
The Maneater turns up this photo of Derrick Washington's running lane. That's at least four or five Manginos wide.

Good Lord
but when I tell the OSU fans over at OrangePower.com that if they drop 7 into coverage Derrick Washington will kill them, I get laughed at.
These guys honestly have no idea what they’re coming into on Saturday. They think that because we “only” beat Illinois by 10 and that our win against Nebraska “doesn’t impress them” that it means we aren’t as good as the rankings suggest.
If only fans’ attitude was at all indicative of the teams’.
If that was the case, the only game we'd win
would be OU, because many of our fans aren’t willing to accept the suggestion that we could lose to anyone.
We’re way better than Okie St., and anyone who thinks they can stop us consistently on D is a fool. However, I don’t know if we can stop them consistently on D. If they can trade punches through 3Q, and get a t/o or two, we could be in big trouble.
I juggle one handed, do some magic tricks and do the best imitation of myself.

but just saying “grasshopper” sounds kinda weird to me. Also, just to try out gif posting and for those too lazy to click on the link above…….
high res?
I would LOVE to have a high-res version of that to put on Nebraska grad cow-orkers desktop!
I've been searching but that's the largest I've been able to find

Reminds me of...
I’ve yet to see anything from Nebraska to make me think their defense is any better than a year ago.
It might actually be worse.
I mean, did you see how easy some of those touchdowns were? The pass to Alexander after the fumble?
That could also be attributable to an improved Mizzou offense, but still.

the alexander TD...
…was just gorgeous. That one had to be perfectly on the money, else it was batted away. On the other hand, Washington’s long TD run and Washington’s short screen pass TD were both egregiously easy. I guess DW did at least have to cut and change directions on the run, but Chase could have thrown that TD pass left-handed and horribly off-target, and he’d have still walked in. Our blocking does get some of that credit, but yeah…I’m not finding a ton of evidence yet that this year’s NU D is much (if any) better than last year’s…
