Glad they're gone

{edit - promoted to the Front Page}

We have seen the last of many basketball players from the Big12 North. Sometimes it seemed to me that the NCAA suspended eligibility rules and we were seeing players for the 10th consecutive year. About whom are you going to say, "Thank god that dude is gone?

I'll say Maric

he was the only reason we didn’t kill Nebraska the last few years.

Your 2008 Missouri Tigers! #12 8-2 (4-2). Next up at Iowa State . Jeremy Maclin, Jeremy Maclin, Jeremy Maclin.

I haven't watched college basketball since probably

2003, so the only people I know on that list are Stephon Hannah and the KU guys.

Since the only reason I know Stephon Hannah is that he was an embarrassing spot on MU’s record, I’d put his name.

I juggle one handed, do some magic tricks and do the best imitation of myself.

Jiri Hubalek never stood a chance

I, too, took Maric. He was a problem the Tigers couldn’t solve.

Agreed

Maric KILLED us. For the last 9 years, seemingly.

The kU guys

were my choice, but had there been a option of Marshall Brown, Daryl Butterfieldand Jason Horton I would’ve voted for them. I’m not going to go on a rant, but I couldn’t have been happier when their last game was finally over.

watching the MO Southern game...

…there was definitely a “Hey wait…I don’t actually hate any of these guys!” epiphany. It was lovely.

It's a toss up

between that albino Roby and Maric. One less tall european to call Drago for the whole game. First Kavaliauskas, now Maric.

Roby

He was oddly a Tiger-killer, plus he was the Big 12’s nominee for Ugliest Basketball Player Alive.

Sadly, I’ll miss making fun of his looks…

It's a funny name.

Jason Horton

Wasn’t he recruited when Norm Stewart was still coaching?
