GOLD JERSEYS!
Links to pictures of them in a store
A poster on Tigerboard has taken pictures of gold #10 jerseys hanging in a store in Harrisonville, MO, giving more legs than ever before to the theory that we're coming out in either all gold on Saturday, or at least Gold shirts and Black pants.
I truthfully don't care, but what I don't want is for this to be an issue at all. Daniel had his worst game of the year while wearing #25, so that became an excuse. If we for any reason struggle against kansas on Saturday, you won't be able to keep track of all the people who will say it's because we were wearing gold jerseys.
I'm not sure a gold and gold look is what we should be going for, honestly, but gold jerseys and black pants might look pretty cool. And at least with gold jerseys for sale, this will help with our "all gold" look for the fans. As one who is quite comfortable wearing a jersey to a sporting event, this might be an answer to a question for me.

I think selling the gold jerseys is just another way of getting everyone to wear gold
at every home game. Personally I wasn’t a big fan of the university pushing gold on people when they sold $60 black and white jerseys that tons liked to wear to games. Now with gold jerseys available that excuse is gone.

I agree with that....and...why would the AD tell everyone to wear
Black to the kU game and bust these out then? Maybe for the Big XII Champ game…but I do not think these see the field this week.

Golden Boys
I liked them, personally. Went to the Mizzou website to buy one, but they aren’t available yet. My only deal is they looked more yellow than gold.

I've been staunchly anti-gold...
… but they didn’t look that bad yesterday. Did you see them in person? I thought the gold looked about right in person, but when I saw them on highlights and on TV, they looked off-color.
