I voted for 35-21
only because I think that GT would put up about that many. However, I think that there is no way that Texas wouldn’t put up at LEAST 45.

I dunno...
…GT’s still got the same successful attacking defense they had before Paul Johnson, and combined with a running game that could eat some clock here and there, I could see them keeping UT’s score lower.

Thrust nunchuk upward!
Dude, I gotta know
I’ve only been on this blog for roughly two weeks now, so this is probably widely known and I’ve just missed the memo. But what does “Thrust nunchuk upward!” come from? Or am I just so out of touch with pop culture that I should be totally embarrassed for even asking that?

It's an inside joke of an inside joke...
…and you shouldn’t be embarrassed for asking—we should be embarrassed for the statement existing.
Okay…
1) Chase Coffman hurdles a lot of people.
2) Last season, rptgwb suggested we name Coffman the "Y-button" (or something like that) because that’s the hurdle button on NCAA Football on Xbox.
3) I said (paraphrasing), screw Xbox, I have a Wii.
4) Ross replied (paraphrasing), "Well, ‘Y-button’ sounds a whole lot better than ‘Thrust nunchuk upward’ or however you hurdle somebody on Wii."
5) I replied: "THRUST NUNCHUK UPWARD!!!!!"
And a legend was born.

Thrust nunchuk upward!
Speechless
You can’t make that up. That’s hilarious!
I feel like i’ve been initiated into a fraternity. I’m honored and humbled to have this knowledge…question is, now that I possess it, what do I do with it? Cause it’s very dangerous in the wrong hands!!!
And I have a Wii and an Xbox (and a PS2), being the ubergeek that I am, so I am overly sadened I was unable to guess the meaning behind the comment.
Seriously, though, that’s awesome. I’m gonna start using that in everyday life.

Ok, since we're opening the archives...
Where does “Golden watermelon balls of fury” come from?

That one is all on "Ridiculous Matt"
The man formerly known as “MizzouRobot,” who used that term to describe Chase Daniel during the ’07 season.

Don't feel bad, I've known The Boy, Beef and ZouDave
for about 8 or 9 years now (on-line), and I couldn’t figure it out. Though when I heard what it was, it didn’t surprise me at all.

THAT WAS MY 100th POST ON ROCK M NATION
Whoa, in just over 2 weeks I’ve posted 100 times on this blog. I can’t decided it that’s good, or pathetic. Should I be given a prize, or directions on how to turn off my computer?

Good or pathetic?
Maybe a little bit of both, but we don’t want to go through my numbers.
Regardless, we’ve been happy to have you here.
