I know this is a basketball thread
But, Memphis was getting screwed up and down that field against South Florida and they still got the TD. South Florida looked like they were trying to slow dance with the receivers and only one of the holds was called. Then, they caught a ball in the end-zone and the ball was spotted at the 1!
That being said, after 2 games so far, I’ve got both winners and 1 O/U so far.

Yeah, all sorts of confusion...

Just run a 2-3 zone and do everything possible to slow the game down.

Have Leo Lyons play lazy defense. Ramsey predictably subbed in for him. Denmon came in and started energizing things…Stetson up 9-6, but Mizzou’s starting to snap out of it…

is easily my favorite player. Great head for the game.
This sounds odd...
…but at first I was a bit worried about Denmon because he just seems kind of sullen, and after dealing with Sad Keon (and to an extent, Sad Leo) for the last couple of years, I was wondering what kind of influence that might have on chemistry. Answer: none…and he’s not really sullen.

game i thought that we were playing better ball this year but there werent as many big plays.

BAD 1st half
Maybe chalk that up to finals this week, reduced practices.
But a very good 2nd half – 51 points, 70% shooting – and solid defense. I’ll take it.
Good to have a grind it out game to get you somewhat prepared for what awaits you on Tuesday.
