If the Alamo Bowl...

…takes 7-5 KU over 9-4 Mizzou — assuming a Big 12 loss, which is why we’re having this discussion in the first place — I will be officially done with bowls.

…if they did that, they’d basically be saying that the first 90% of the season doesn’t matter at all. At that point, just eliminate the 6-win requirement and say “Whoever’s hottest at the end of the year, we’re taking them.” If that’s a 5-7 team that won two in a row…they’re in!

Someone brought up a point the other day

with the “K-State Rule”, doesn’t the Big 12 Championship game runner-up HAVE to go to the Alamo or better?
