This one could get ugly though. Beasley is a good as advertised and I doubt K-State will jack up triples like Big Red.

Just a side note, when I saw/covered Beasley over the summer at the Global Games, coach Jerry Wainwright said the following:

"He's a great young talent, and the sky's the limit," Wainwright said. "He's got an unorthodox game, but as he disciplines himself, he's going to become just a great young player.

The man wasn't kidding.

reinstated and WILL play against K-State.

Not sure what impact Brown would have, but if "Good Leo" shows up, this could be a big boost in the "help keep it competitive early" department.

• Volkus loves that 10-12 foot spot left of the basket
• Mizzou ball movement always seems solid out of timeouts, but questionable on the fly
