I will keep this diary updated throughout the day as the update page for the 2-day NCAA Indoor Track Championships. The first 4 events of the Men's Heptathlon are being run this morning, with Mizzou sophomore Nick Adcock a favorite to at least All-American in the event. The women's weight throw and men's shot put are also this afternoon and feature many Mizzou athletes.
To steal a line from The Boy and RPT...make this thread your base of operations for updates all morning on how Mizzou is faring down at Arkansas in the NCAA's.
