Keon Lawrence to transfer

Okay, I was very much worried about this happening a while back, but I thought we had long since dodged this bullet. This changes my expectations for 2008-09 rather significantly.

So I guess this flies in the face of reports on other sites that

The belief was Keon was going to be a/the leader on the team.

This is a pretty big blow…hate to hand out blame on something like this…but I guess we are going to need even more out of kids who have not played a minute for us yet. That is a scary proposition.

it might be for the best. it might have just been that he was still an underclassman but he just never impressed me that much. he never seemed to really come up big in the big games.
