I'm sure he had some idea that the "recruitment" was coming
but I love how naturally he went straight to the academic benefits of coming to MU. I have a feeling that’s pretty close to the basic statement he gives everyone.
So proud that he is having success ON the field, because he appears to run the type of program I’d be proud of if we weren’t winning.
I juggle one handed, do some magic tricks and do the best imitation of myself.
Ben Folds Five
I saw this live yesterday
and to be quite honest, while I knew it was probably a set-up the way Fowler was reacting to his description of Missouri’s academics made me say to myself “please, have him whip out a LOI”.
It's a funny name.
Name Fail?
That’s Rece Davis. Did Fowler do another taping of it?

Cue Nebraska fan telling us how it's unfair
kinda like Chase being 7-yards deep in the shotgun. It’s not fair; we shouldn’t be allowed to do it.
the confidence of this coach is so high...
he proclaims “I don’t need no stinking tie!!!”
Seriously though, I can not believe that this is legal. Beef is right…ESPN is an outlet to every kid in the country, and by having Pinkel available to each of their outlets (TV, radio, internet) is kinda like the world wide leader crowning him as the new national coach…well, after JoePa hang’s it up. The two things I wonder are:
1. Did Moeller set this up or was ESPN really that interested?
2. How much money is Alden going to have throw at him at the end of the year…again?
I'm the guy that keeps Mr. Death in his pocket.
answers
- - I bet ESPN was plenty interested…especially with all the Mizzou people up there anyway
- - Enough
