Shrine Bowl Live Thread
I don't know if anyone is watching the East-West Shrine Bowl, but if you are, feel free to comment on Daniel and Sulak's performances here.

So...
After Jorvorskie Lane gets stuffed on 4th and goal on the game’s opening drive, Chase and the East will take the ball at their own 3.
In the backfield with him? The Alamo Bowl’s own Tyrell Sutton.

Chase with a good looking throw on a 3rd down quick slant to Deon Butler, but Ryan Palmer runs through Butler and the flag for PI is picked up by the official.
Nicest incompletion I’ve seen.

How has Daniel actually LOOKED so far...
…I realize his stats aren’t good, but what about how he’s actually looked?

Hard to tell - haven't seen much of him
The first throw to Butler really looked like it should have been PI.
I’m not sure he has the zip of a quintessential pro prospect, and I think we’re seeing that a little bit today. He underthrew Butler on an in route because he was having to roll right on a playaction. In Mizzou’s offense, he would have been in the Gun, and he could have shuffled right and set his feet before throwing. Instead, he had to keep moving and the throw was too low.

Miscommunication on that play...
…followed by a hurry that he couldn’t do anything about, and an “I give up” draw play…

Bobby Ross
… says Chase Daniel stood out this week.
This would be cool if I gave a damn about anything Bobby Ross ever said.

Stryker adds a neutral zone infraction. So that explains where Coulter gets it from.

Thoughts on Spagnolo to the Rams?
In the NFL, I’m a Seattle guy. Just curious if there are any thoughts.

Cowboy fan. I’m sure some Rams fans will chime in soon enough though.

Hopefully not
Hopefully he’s thought of highly enough to get into the Senior Bowl rather than the Shrine Bowl

I'd definitely watch the senior bowl if he's invited
but do you know if Spikes or Herzlich are going pro?
