And OU is the only 2 loss team in there... which made me look at Miami
a little harder which made me consider maybe Virginia Tech is a little better than I thought which of course gives me pause on Nebraska.
Did I mention I hate domino logic? Bastard Huskers. Go Tigers!
Steve
I think VT is good
but if you look at it that way, VT only beat Duke (who lost to Richmond by 11) by 8 points.
Making you feel old since 9/26/09
Miami's sunshine kids didn't show up to play in the cold wet and miserable at Virginia
But they are out for blood when they hit an injury riddled OU…
They’re all good, but you can read too much into a game when a single bobble or fluke would have flipped everyone’s narrative from “Miami are for real, OU is in trouble” to “Miami suck, losing to everyone in sight, and OU is the real deal with even injuries not slowing them against ‘good’ teams”.
People have this hilarious ways of making a huge deal out of the outcome of very close games.
I want to trade players between my teams. Spoon can go to the Leafs (truculossity!), and Vesa can go to the Tigers, where conceding 6 points a game puts you at the top of the league, not the bottom.

they’re tough. I heard their QB is going to be a 1st round pick.

All of these things tell us one thing
We just don’t know a lot about looking at the non-conference schedule
Seriously, it's like they came from nowhere.

yeah, but the 4th quarter really did them in...
they just kept shooting themselves in the foot indicated by the percentage of plays they had that were passing downs towards the end.
It just really played into Mizzous hand this week. An all out gritty win by the Tigers.

Tell you what though...
If BYE’s main RB hadn’t had that attack of boneitis, I don’t think the Tigers pull it out.

The NebrASSka fans over at their site all seem pretty upset
and they all hate Mizzou. Hmmm…

Maybe they’re still hurting from that ass whoopin we gave them last year??
