Where Were You?
We were jumping up & down in our garage (our drinking and {former} smoking lounge) and running to the teevee inside the housee to watch it in High Def.
Mike Anderson's expression is priceless - can hardly believe what he saw. And Denmon just keeps heading for the locker room.
I have watched this video probably twenty times and every time I laugh and raise my hands in the air.
And I know this should be a fan shot but I wanted to do a poll!

We were at an Alumni gathering in a bar near downtown Seattle
The Spitfire
Good happyhour if you can get there early enough.
We all jumped up and just held up our ‘shooting arm’ in the air !
My wife sang out (in an Opera/Oprah voice)…Denmon Bitches! Classic. See it’s acceptable to say any thing offensive as long as it’s sung in a nice tone.
Though I really like Englishs’ drive up the baseline, that was epic, people will remember the Denmon shot.

Or Kimmie's Free Throws against Marquette!

Sitting in my basement
my wife had just walked down the stairs to see how the game was going and as soon as she walked through door, Denmon let that shot go. I just started screaming “get in there, get in there!” and SWISH!
I went absolutely nuts, jumped up and punched one of our ceiling tiles out (low ceiling). My dog started jumping around and barking since I was so excited. My wife said I was crazy and went back upstairs.

Why, I was on the live thread of course!
And speaking of which, you want a roller coaster of emotions?

I read the 2nd half thread
Wow.
That was closer at the end than I remembered. I think I blacked out after the Denmon shot but I certainly don’t remember it getting to a seven point lead with two minutes left. Yowza.
And and this was a winner from the live thread:

In my basement watching the game
When he took the shot I thought “What if…” and bammo, me and 7 other people were jumping up and down, screaming. I got about 12 texts simultaneously saying pretty much the same thing (OMG, WOW, DID U SEE THAT?!) It was pretty sweet.

Gotta go with the Kimmie FTs, due to their importance
Though if you don’t take the game situation into account, the Denmon shot was certainly better.
I was on my couch with my jaw dropped open. My wife had just started paying attention to MU basketball for the first time in 4 or 5 years.

What's it going to take for Denmon to top that in his career?
That shot was one of the top few highlights of the season. He’s got 3 years left, but it’s going to be really tough to top that moment for him.

if he did it again against kansas or in the fial 4/national championship
other than that, impossible

I was watching the game with my Memphis grad friend
Priceless. That was the dagger that caused her to pack up and head home.

In the bathroom...at a bar in Chicagoland
I was nervously downing beer the whole first half…held it as long as I could. Went to the bathroom right before the shot…when I got out, I noticed some Memphis fans looking even more upset then when I had passed them on the way to the bathroom. I got back to my table and my sister (a fellow alum) said, ‘You are not going to believe what you just missed…’
That was one awesome night. Both times I’ve been back to the bar, I’ve sat at the same table, in the same seat.

You know what makes that shot even better?
It was actually CONTESTED…I can’t remember too many like that where there was a defender anywhere even close to the shot taking place. Man, my Friday night just started off with a bang!
Thanks, Tigers and Chiefs fan. I’d buy ya a drink if a could.

Willie's in downtown KC
There with some guys I went to school with, we were all alums, and the place was packed. Standing by the bar, and when that shot went down, all you could see were yellow arms with glasses or bottles of beer shoot for the sky. It was amazing.

Was visting Austin with a buddy
at a bar teeming with Texas fans, who were all rooting against Mizzou (who knows why… I mean I’m a Mizzou fan and its not like I was rooting against Texas in the tourney). Anyway, we both went insane, jumping up and down and screaming, and they all kind of looked at us but what were they gonna say? Even they had to admit it was freaking awesome.
