Tiller’s failure to pay this ticket seems so out of character…just like the dazed way the Tigers — and Tiller in particular — have been playing thus far. I know its just a coincidence, but things just seem unsettled.

So, he's just above failing as a person if we are considering undergraduate courses
…but absolutely failing in graduate school, for being a human.
