TSF Can Arrange for Donation of Tickets
(Bumped back to the top)
The Beef wanted to pass this message along...
I emailed TSF this morning and told them I wanted to purchase a number of tickets, but wanted to get them donated and was really hoping to never have to handle the tickets themselves. The young woman who I emailed could not have been nicer in telling me she could do this for me, and even offered to take my order over the email so I did not need to call into TSF to deal with it.
Folks, I cannot stress this enough, and I challenge each of our readers. I know we likely skew pretty young, but for anyone able to, buy a ticket, or two, or four, or whatever, and make this happen. This bowl has some of the cheapest prices I can remember seeing for games, with tickets as low as $25 I believe. Even the higher end seats were not bad (considering Cotton Bowl tix in 2007 were almost $100 a piece and are way more than that now). As our favorite photographer Bill Carter says, “If you are not part of the solution, you are part of the problem.” This is going to be one of the only ways we can control our own future and work towards eliminating this image (whether perceived or earned) about Mizzou fans not supporting bowl games as much as other programs.

Coming soon...
Right now, all you can do online is order tickets for yourself, but I believe we’re working on a separate link so folks can buy and donate back to the department.
