PrintThe #15 Tigers are at it again this early evening, and we join the game, already in progress with the Tigers leading 7-1 in the Mizzou/home half of the 5th inning.
Junior Jana Hainey has gone the distance on the bump for the Tigers. She gave up an earned run in the 3rd, and just got out of a bases loaded/2-out mini-jam in the top of the 5th. 1 run on 4 hits with 2 walks and 2 K's.
Micaela Minner has been big for the Tigers, with 2 singles and 3 RBI's. Shana White is leading off again in this game (in place of All-everything Rhea Taylor) and is 2-3 with 2 more runs scored (bringing her total today to 4)
The Tigers currently have their leadoff hitter (Ashley Fleming in the 6 spot) on base with a walk in the bottom of the 5th...

Ashley Fleming plates Julie Silver (a pinch runner for Minner) in the bottom of the 6th for the game-winning run.
Mizzou goes 9 runs on 11 hits with 1 error
FAU goes 1 run on 4 hits with 0 errors
Hainey is the winner and is now 2-0
Mizzou is 5-0 on the season.
Early morning for the ladies tomorrow, with Arkansas at 8am (central) and FIU again at 10am (central)
