Georgia (Shire) is not participating in the 1st rotation

That was just .025 behind the top performer from Florida, so while that will not likely hold up, it is still a very solid start for the senior.

Perry’s score of 9.850 was tied for the best of the “wild card” performers out there, as no one in the first rotation on ANY event scored better than 9.875.

I have to say these are some VERY good scores for the first two rotations for her. The leader right now on vault is at 9.900, with a couple at 9.875 as well.

Not a great start to her afternoon, though this is her 3rd strongest event (7th nationally on beam and 11th on vault)

Perry’s strongest is floor where she averages 9.875 (so I guess she was just under her average) and her next two are vault and beam.

while Georgia (Shire) will rotate to the vault, one of her strongest events. Hopefully she can bounce back from the 9.7 and put up a big number.

She is tied for 2nd place right now with two other gymnasts (one who I believe is a gold medal winner from Georgia). GREAT comeback from the shaky start.

not sure what waits Shire and Perry in their last half. I imagine Perry will be in action, and I am guessing Shire will not be…if I had to hazard a guess

while Georgia (Shire) rides the sidelines. This means Florida (Perry) will next go to the beam for their final event while Georgia (Shire) will go to the bars and finish on beam in the 6th and final rotation.

Puts her in a big tie for 11th on the event, and has her All-Around score looking pretty solid. Another 9.8 on the beam would have her finishing at 39.300, which would be extremely respectable.

this is her strongest event for the season. Florida (Perry) is sitting out

Georgia (Shire) is in fact on the bars and Florida (Perry) is on the beam. This is Perry’s final event of her Mizzou career…it would be great to stick it on her way out.

Good enough for a current tie for 5th and finishes currently tied for 2nd All-Around with a score of 39.350. A WONDERFUL effort from Perry.

Shire scores a 9.825 on the bars and will move the beam (her best event) for her last rotation. With a 9.800 (like we used for Perry), she would finish with an All-Around score of 39.275. A 9.900 or better here and she will sneak in front of Perry, as well as put herself in position for AA status.

I dont know how the tie-breakers work, and I do not know how the All-American status for All-Around works, but it looks like Adrienne Perry has achieved All-American status in Floor Exercise and MAYBE in the All-Around. It also looks like Sarah Shire has achieved All-American status on the vault and may be participating tonight in the finals.
