William Moore, S, Atlanta (rookie): Of all the new Tigers in the NFL, Moore should have the best chance to contribute immediately — and perhaps start. The Falcons plucked Moore, 23, in the second round thinking he can step into the starting lineup to replaced departed veteran strong safety Lawyer Milloy.
"Man, excited is not the word," Moore told the Atlanta Journal-Constitution earlier this week. "It’s a blessing. When the whole process was going on, everybody asked me where I’d love to go. I said Atlanta. It’s like when I went to Missouri. … I know I can go in and make an instant impact."
