BTS: Here’s the big question Missouri fans have: What’s to keep coaches from other four-year schools recruiting Sheldon while he’s in California? Will he be vulnerable to coaches from other programs?
Allen: Our relationship with Mizzou is very, very strong. We have very good ties. Me and Coach Ford and Coach Kuligowski, we’ve got a really good understanding. There hasn’t been one kid who’s come to College of the Sequoias who’s been placed here by a four-year school who didn’t go back to his school. I feel very comfortable, and Sheldon understands he wants to go back to Mizzou. He’s a Mizzou Tiger. We all have an understanding that he’ll be back, and I’m sure all the coaches feel really comfortable that they’ll be getting him back.
Curtis Allen, head coach of the College of the Sequoias, Sheldon Richardson's home for the next 18 months, talking to Dave Matter.

wow....WOW...if we lose another coordinator...
I’d want to hire that coach right there. That is a stand-up guy.

He sounds very........ummm searching for the word
Ethical? If there is such a thing in NCAA football, I bet he would fit in well with Pinkels’ group already in place as well. (this is not in sarcasm font, I truly think this guy is great from his quotes)
..but is there even a possibility this guy could get hired by HCGP? What is his record there at Sequoias? What type of schemes does he teach/run? Would that fit into a coaching staff at Mizzou?

At the JUCO level, W/L record probably does not matter as much...
as for scheme…I dont think it would matter. LSU is not much of a spread team, but Henson is a coach for us now. Hell, GP and Co. did not really run this offense at Toledo.
And while I was overstating it a bit just to bring to light something I was impressed with, I doubt it is actually very likely. However, given this piece of info and knowledge (and only this), I was saying I’d be just fine with him representing my alma mater as a coach.

no I wasn't taking it as an overstatement....
Those questions i posted just popped into my head after thinking about your posting. I do not know enough about football coach career projections/goings on ect…. I thought I would ask those questions to see how feasible, or what is feasible in football coaching.
Thanks for the info, those are good points. W/L don’t matter much, and about how the style of football played is more dictated with what players you have, it makes sense.

I don't know anything about Juco ball...
are the big Juco programs the ones that have all the NCAA connections?
