VERY early bowl projections

The WWL has its college bowl projections out...not that they mean a whole lot, but Mark Schlabach has MU in the Insight vs. Wisconsin. The other feller, Bruce Feldman, doesn't have Mizzou anywhere, but does have Boise St. and the Fightin' Mormans in the BSC. Both have Ole' Miss as the SEC champ. Again, early, but interesting.

Excuse me...

Florida is in the National Champ game, and is assumed to win the conference (sorry bout that). I figure that means Ole Miss wins the SEC West.

Also, Schlabach has Pitt in the BCS…interesting.

Isn't Schlabach the one who had us in the Fiesta

for the entire 1st half of last year? Man, he’s certainly soured on us if he’s got us as #9 in the B12. I don’t think we finish behind Baylor OR Colorado, much less both (considering Baylor plays IN Columbia and has OU, Tech and UT.

Yes

he had us in the BCS for a good while. The fact that the other guy doesn’t have us in anything is really surprising…I didn’t realize the bandwagon was getting so light.

I'm guessing he thinks BU and CU will get picked earlier

because they have not been to bowls recently. Baylor’s admittedly small following will be really excited if they’re eligible – so they might get picked earlier.
