Cantwell BOMBS one out past 70 feet on his first throw
21.54 and leads the man from Poland after their first toss. A good start for Cantwell was very important and it appears he got exactly what he wanted.

Cantwell still leading after 2 rounds
third throw was further than the second, but the distance does not improve. Getting his first three shows he is throwing well, but that first distance might not be enough.
Coverage will turn off at 2, so not sure how I am going to get more results.

I think he’s obnoxious. Or, maybe it’s just because he’s Christian’s chief competition in many of these championships (Though Reese Hoffa doesn’t bother me).

They classify shot putt'ers as either giants or midgets
The midgets typically use speed to generate more distance, while the giants are just using brute strength. Cantwell is the only giant who has the spin technique because of his agility.
