I just saw this on the Tribunes website.  Steve Walentik has the story.  The first paragraph says "One-time Missouri recruit Keith Dewitt appears headed to junior college after the NCAA’s Eligibility Center failed to clear him to play in the upcoming season." 

Check out some of the comments after the story as they are pointing to some glaring holes in the judgments of the NCAA.  Maybe someday the lawyers won't run the world, and common sense and consistency will rein.
