Dave Matter provides the newest rankings for our Tigers...and they get hosed in the AP. While climbing to 21 in the coaches, the nation's 4th estate believe Nebraska's close loss is greater than Mizzou taking a I-AA to the woodshed, leaving the Huskers at 25. Also, notably, USC falls to 12. Fear the Ohio St. hangover...it's a new disease!

Well, Nebraska was one defensive meltdown away from beating VA Tech
I think it’s better that they’re 25 and we’re not.
