Mizzou vs. Bowling Green Highlights

It wasn't easy. It wasn't pretty. In fact, it was pretty scary. But they got it done, and while it may not mean anything Blaine Gabbert has already done something as a starter that Chase Daniel never did: win a game with a 4th quarter comeback. (We're just going to ignore the ISU game of Daniel's frosh season so that this sounds more impressive.)

Good song choice

While I’m not a big fan of Smashing Pumpkins, there are a handful of their songs that I’ve always liked – and Honey is one of them.

As far as the game goes, it’s not a good sign when a punt (that didn’t go 70 yards or anything) is on the highlight video. That being said, after having lived through Vince Sebo and Randy Potter, it is SO NICE to have good special teams. Our kickers/punters for the last 5-6 years have been consistently impressive and Grant looks like he might be better than $Wolfert$. Might I suggest “The Leg” as a nickname, since “Money” is already taken?

The song is actually called "Cherub Rock"

and I chose it mainly based on length of song. Couldn’t find anything that had a lyrical attachment to this game, but I’m also pretty off my game lately mentally.

I agree that having that punt in there wasn’t a great sign, but I just love that hit by Spoon. What was crazy to me was that by the 2nd minute or so of the video I was already into the 3rd quarter. Normally, the 2nd minute of the video is like our 2nd or 3rd TD of the first half. We hadn’t even scored a TD yet. Odd game.
