Happy Veterans Day, everybody!
New Commit!
Man, the spots have just about filled up. Another new football commit rolled in yesterday -- linebacker Kentrell Brothers, from Guthrie, OK. Find on-field highlights here, video from his commitment here, and the Daily Oklahoman's coverage here. Brothers chose Mizzou over the likes of Arizona, Arizona State, Baylor, Washington, Syracuse and most of the Big 12 North. The staff has been after Brothers for a long time, and they clearly wanted him pretty badly, so ... hooray!

Post-Dispatch: Kevin Rutland looks back at four years at Mizzou
The senior class has won 37 games so far, one shy of the school record for a senior class set by last year's group, has gone to three bowl games and won two of them. And, the school notes, all 15 are scheduled to graduate by May. Rutland is one of four to have already earned his degree.
Along with the wins, Rutland can point to a maturity he's picked up in those years, a change that led to him becoming a team captain, an accomplishment that coach Gary Pinkel has said he would never have expected after knowing Rutland when he first arrived.
"It will be pretty special, but bittersweet," Rutland said of his imminent farewell. "I recall guys like (Sean) Weatherspoon and Danario Alexander going through it and they shed some tears. I'm not much the crying type, but I hope I don't cry. But I know it will be a special moment."
It will be all the more special because of what Mizzou accomplished during Rutland's time on campus, a success that Rutland admits he never saw coming.
"I don't think I had many expectations at all," he said. "Having the success we've had and turning the program around was not expected. ...
"I never thought I would see anything like this," he said, "and to be playing in front of thousands of people and play on national television, those are things in high school you don't think will happen to you and I'm just glad they did happen."

And just in case you again thought Mizzou fans were alone in their offensive coordinator complaints ... no matter what your thoughts are of OU's Kevin WIlson (I like him quite a bit) or these videos (I've enjoyed them, but they're close to overused) ... this is pretty amusing.
