The Missouri Tigers and the Iowa St. Cyclones have had an interesting history. Mizzou did not even WIN its first game against the 'clones until the 7th game in the series. In fact Mizzou didn't win its first HOME game in the series until its 7th try (the Tigers started the series 0-5-1 in Columbia)! But overall, the Tigers have DOMINATED the Cyclones. Another funny little factoid, Mizzou has more wins in Ames than in Columbia (even though it NEVER feels like the Tigers play well in Ames).
For most Mizzou fans though, Iowa State has always been either a thorn in the side or a fellow compatriot in the bottom half of the league. No one really hates Iowa State, but they are just there to be a "little brother" and like all little brothers, sometimes they rise up and smack you after some torture (See the Texas game earlier this year and Nebraska the last two years).
