Missouri faces Western Illinois, North Florida, Wyoming and (finally determined) La Salle. Mizzou has not faced many of these teams at all so this a rather short Series list.

Considering the North Florida Ospreys JUST recently finished transition to Division 1, it is not terribly unusual to find them on the "first meeting" list.
Against the teams, Mizzou is a cumulative 9-1. This year, the Tigers SHOULD win this tournament going away...and as soon as I get overconfident with this team, they make me have a near heart attack against the Western Illinois Leathernecks. Let's hope the Ospreys of North Florida will be an easier opponent to deal with (they were).
Missouri had a lackluster win over the Wyoming Cowboys and takes on a La Salle Explorers crew that could give them FITS. Most people here were hoping to face Providence and get a RPI bump from the Big East schedule they play (but we will see that in the form of the Georgetown game as long as Mizzou wins it in KC) but then again, the Atlantic 10 is NOT a bad basketball league and could be MORE useful in the long run due to the fact Mizzou does not face another A-10 team the rest of the way.
I got my wish for a win AND the Explorers gave Mizzou FITS...in the first half. Mizzou's depth served them well once again as they had more of it and La Salle tired at the end of the ball game. Those who chose Mizzou facing La Salle and go 4-0 won the "poll". Blaineys to you all! Thanks! Up next our favorite beat up team in the form of the Arkansas-Pine Bluff Lions.
