The difference is that Navy would do it every play.

ISU did it on third and long. We still had two wide open guys. I think the wind influenced that third down throw. Just look at the wounded quail Tiller throwed in that direction back in the first quarter.

I've watched a lot of football....

And that was one of the dumbest penalties I’ve ever seen. He stood there and watched the play end. Looked up, and then hit the other player. Wow.
