With all the talk being that Mizzou made the most sense for Big 10 expansion and how that would impact the Big 12...what if TEXAS left, but Mizzou didn't, and the Big 12 grabbed someone else to replace the Longhorns (TCU? Houston? I don't know, just spitballing here...)? Losing a conference heavyweight obviously hurts the Big 12, but what if this led to a more balanced distribution of power within the conference?
