I was proud of Spoon for running with McCluster
even if he could have been flagged for pass interference.

… and then points to the M after he made the play on McCluster.

Umm.
A short time practicing for the Senior Bowl and a Mizzou player was playing the ball in pass coverage. Great play by Spoon. Maybe he should have been playing corner.

He claims he was playing “big” this past season. Perhaps his role in the NFL may be as a Bob Sanders type of safety. He certainly has the instincts to cover the run, and the motor and “fourth gear” to cover routes. And he can hit. That may allow him to get around his inability to work through blockers (which is BS, anyway).
I kinda feel a like dirty, using terms like that.

Do me a favor. A Laurinaitis-Spoon combo at the linebacker position would be great for the Rams.
He didn't need the backboard on that one!
I think with the game and week of practice he's had,
coupled with a good combine he could be a late 1st rounder.
