By the way...
Reports are that Travis Ford has suspended Matt Pilgrim for tonight’s OSU/UT game. That throws a bit of a wrench in the “How the Big 12 will play out” scenarios. Pilgrim has really come on strong for the Pokes in the last few weeks.
UT already had an 85% chance of winning, so...not much of a wrench.

Since Baylor lost to OSU and aTm beat ISU, I figure I just hope Baylor keeps the losing train rolling.
A&M has the tougher schedule down the stretch...

But you’re also believing in some serious revisionist history if you think Brodeur isn’t still one of the top goaltenders in the world just because of the other night.
With a stout defense in front of him, I would take Brodeur over almost any other goalie in the world
with an offensive minded team in front of him, there are a few more I would take. Still top-10 or so in the world, but Luongo (and, honestly, possible MA Fleury) I would take in before him.
Brodeur’s greatness, at this point in his life is MOSTLY behind him.

That Boulder game was the best game I’ve ever seen Mizzou play.
Oh I'm not sure it's close.
I have copies of most of the 2007 wins, and I think I’ve watched that one more than Illinois, Kansas, or any other.

I don't know, the shutout against them in 08 was pretty damn good
like when we were trying to run the clock out so we handed off to Devion Moore… and he rolled off a 60 yard TD run.
That was a bigger whoopin'...

the 2007 MU football season was the one of the most enjoyable sports seasons of my life. The only thing that comes close was the 2004 Cardinals season, and that was ruined by the g—d—m Red Sox.

A lot of that was Arky falling apart though.
This is all personal opinion, of course.
Despite the worst start imaginable, Mizzou systematically dismantled CU in Boulder, even after the CU DBs cried disrespect after Chase saying he was looking forward to facing the Cover-1.

i think CMA picked up 2 kids more underdeveloped than he would have liked. I don’t see them helping us much at all next year and i expect them to transfer within the next two.

I don’t even care my trifecta was wrong. Knock on wood, but damn our team has started to really come together. True, the past 2 games have been against Colorado and Nebraska, but in these 2 games we pretty much just ran train ALL NIGHT on these teams

He got injured on a three-quarters court alley-oop from Miguel Paul and the referees called a foul and signaled an and-one. However, after he was hurt and walked away, Colorado inbounded the ball like nothing had been called!
Of course, we shot about 14.2% from the line today so nobody would have made it anyway.
