JT Tiller rule only comes into play if it is an injury situation
but because it was a disqualification, Self gets to pick the player.

In other words...
…if your opponent knocks one of your players unconscious, they can choose who shoots free throws. But if YOUR player fouls out knocking AN OPPONENT’s player unconscious, you get to choose who shoots free throws (if somehow the opponent was also called for a foul). The rule: always be the one knocking your opponent unconscious.
