Also, after the Beef and I were talking about starting pitching, I decided to pull some stats and take a look myself...I may analyze this more and come up with some more charts, but that's later. For now, take a look at Tiger pitching over the last 10 games...going back to the beginning of this homestand:

Yes, I realize 62.3 innings is the same as 63...forgot to change that before I uploaded it....sue me

I'm not liveblogging this series

I’m concentrating on doing some more multimedia stuff around the park, but I’ll be back with live blogs once Big 12 play starts.

Also, Brett Nicholas just hit a disappearing home run. By that, I mean he hit one so freaking far nobody in the press box could tell where it landed. 4-1 Mizzou.

Tex Little said

he wouldn’t be surprised if that ended up on Providence Road. I think Nicholas only hits home runs when I’m watching on All-Access

Dude's turning into a VERY solid middle-of-the-order guy.

He may not hit as many home runs as a traditional cleanup hitter will, but he has a good eye and good enough power to make him effective. I really like what I’ve seen from him so far.

Pitching...

Wouldn’t be surprised if E threw Muller this weekend with some many games in a short time.

I think today it’ll be Muller vs. No. Colorado and Nottelmann vs. Ball State.
Tomorrow Nottelmann vs. EMU, Thomas vs. Northwestern
Sunday Thomas vs. Ball State

Running a bit behind

But should be within the next 5-10 minutes

by ZOUTiger on Mar 19, 2010 3:16 PM CDT reply actions

Any idea who's getting the start?

I wouldn’t be surprised to see Muller at some point this weekend, but I don’t think it’ll be today….
