Final thought: If you have been a #Mizzou hoops fan for more than four years, you cannot be disappointed in this team or this season.

You have to agree with the man.
This season had some low points, but it had so many fun parts too. We finally beat Illinois! Zaire Taylor continued to prove that he is one of the most memorable Tigers ever with a game-winner against KSU and 3 shots against ISU that we NEEDED to get if we were going to go to the NCAA tournament (if we lose to ISU and go 9-8 in conference after the tourney we’re playing in the NIT). Keith Ramsey showed how he embodied everything that Mike Anderson wanted to achieve at Missouri, he was tough, gritty, got the job done on both ends, was vastly improved from last year and as we saw later in the season (especially starting with the Texas game) he was an absolute beast and got even better as the year went on.

I'd agree with that statement.
I think this really sets the team up well for the next few seasons as well. If our shooters can mature, this will be a team to be reckoned with for years to come
Absolutely
Every time I think about it, I am flabbergasted by what CMA has been able to do in so short a time. Bless that man! Huge props to him and the team for exceeding expectations once again.

It's nice the Mizzou Rivals page has a guy who knows what he's talking about
The Arizona dude is a f*cking tool who pays our recruits.
I’m more of just a football fan with Mizzou, but the job they’ve done since Anderson came over has been pretty damn impressive.

I understand the sentiment, but guess what...
I’m still disappointed. It was a completely winnable game. I am not disappointed in the season or the team, just disappointed.

Disappointed in the game, not the season
This game was all gravy as far as I was concerned, but how it played out was still painful. The team worked as hard as always, they just couldn’t convert opportunities into enough points.
It didn’t take very long after the game to get perspective back on the season as a whole. We will miss the seniors, but next year’s freshman are super talented and will be great additions to the team. I also expect a lot of development of the returning players as Justin plus the juniors-to-be step into leadership roles and better learn how to be “the man.”
Both seasons will be great.
2011-2012 will be the same team as 2010-2011 but without Safford and we’ll have a white walk-on not named Sutton.
