J.T. Tiller — who along with Taylor and Keith Ramsey will be playing his final game at Mizzou Arena — said the emotion will be running high, especially 12 minutes before the 1 p.m. tipoff.
Tiller, Taylor and Ramsey will be given framed jerseys and flowers, while standing at center stage on Norm Stewart Court along with their families.
Tiller said the players would not address the crowd, as KU senior Sherron Collins did Wednesday on his Senior Night.
“That’s not our thing,” Tiller said. “We’ll let them have that. Just come out here and play for the fans and show them as much support as they show us.”

Bowers is more comfortable starting Missouri men’s basketball games on the bench. Rather than treat the bench as a brief rest before going on the court, Bowers treats it as a school. Once the opening tip is tossed, his class is in session. Barely taking his eyes off the court, it is a place where he can sit and learn about his opponents.
"You get to see what’s going on, where all the soft spots are in the other team’s defense," Bowers said. "And the starters on the other team wear down. You come in fresh so you kind of have an advantage energy wise." - PowerMizzou: 2010 Tiger mailbag: Fifth edition

I hope Bowers makes his adjustment
quickly.
His bench days are over. We have anywhere from two to ten games left and he will probably start in all of them.
Go Tigers!
Hate.

Mike doesn’t want that. He doesn’t need to go out and sign a bunch of McDonald’s All-Americans. He just needs to go find a few Burger King-type guys and he’ll get it done.

There needs to be...
AT LEAST 3 posterboards/signs of Collins/Aldrich crying in the stands.

They don't allow those type of signs anymore
They take them at the entrance, or if they see it during the game take that. It’s pretty shiesty

My favorite part about Mizzou-K***** articles
Is the dumbass K***** fans who come on and post saying that we are not rivals or pseudo rivals. That is a bunch of freaking crap. Anyone who says that this is not one of the great college rivalries should be committed immediately, or obviously lives under a rock.
yeah, about living under a rock...
most of them are from Kansas you know. Not the best home construction around.

I know I'm in the minority..
but I usually like Jason Whitlock a lot. I know that he is prone to massive bouts of hyperbole from time to time— but “the biggest regular season game at AFH in 50 years”? What about February 13, 1990?
