And I’m very middling on Kellogg. He’s not one of my top 5 color guys, but you can do much, MUCH worse.

I hope their lack of familiarity with Mizzou doesn't hinder the broadcast
we so rarely get top announcers for our games that I fear they won’t know anything about Mizzou and lean toward the hated.
Lundquist is a consummate professional
And Kellogg is usually on top of things because of the NCAA Tournament, so I’m sure last year’s run will help in that regard.
I have a feeling that BOTH fan bases will be pissed with the announcing today, though. KU fans are going to be sick of hearing about Mizzou Arena and Senior Day, and Mizzou fans are going to be sick of hearing about KU being one of the top teams in the country. C’est la vie, I guess.

The studio crew is talking about the Big East tournament and how there’s just no easy way to put on a 16 team tournament.
Here’s an idea: cut out 4 teams from even making the tournament. If they don’t like it, then don’t be the only conference in America that has 16 friggen teams.

seed from 1-16, then play 4 rounds. What’s the problem?

big 10 (from a different perspective)
i’m a high school senior from chicago going to mizzou in the fall. im a huge sports fan and am now a diehard mizzou fan after spending my first 17 years as an illini fan. now that ive left the big 10, i can already see how shitty that conference is from the outside looking in. when i get to school, i want to be part of the big 12, i want to hate kansas and nebraska and oklahoma and texas and i want to watch good football and basketball. i do NOT want to be forced to return to the big 10. somebody tell me its not gonna happen? please?

I wouldn't worry about it.
Contract with the big 12 requires a 2 year notice before leaving, and at earliest it would be announced next summer I would assume, so your first 3 years will at least be in the big 12.
