I dont know about bringing
Safford back this year. I really dont want to chance him for next years. I say shut him down and get in surgery. I rather him start the rehab sooner than later.
I know some of you will disagree, and that fine. This is just my opinion.
Great moments are born from great opportunity.
I don't think anybody wants him to risk further damage.
It comes down to whether he can play limited this year with minimal risk. If he’s not risking anything, I see no harm in him trying to come back. Whether the post-surgery rehab starts now or three weeks from now, he’d still almost certainly be ready to roll by November.

I’m not sure why, but I’ve been rooting against Texas ever since they lost to KSU. I guess I’m sadistic in the sense that I enjoy big collapses by teams down the stretch.
