Flat Branch
Unless there is some place that I never knew about that has a vast selection of good beer.
Honestly...
…if we’re going with “best” instead of “largest,” I have to give Tin Cup another tip of the cap. Their selection isn’t gigantic, but it is amazingly diverse.

Lots of stuff on tap, good bottle selection. Just depends on how classy you’re feeling.

If you like Martinis and have to have good beer around too
Tellers
From a solid selection of gins (especially considering they aren’t a “Martini Bar”) to scotches and the fact that there is Newcastle on tap (for the guys) and Blue Moon on tap (for the ladies/guys) Tellers is pretty hard to beat.
It’s a place that you can show up not knowing what you want and end up getting anything.
All the bar tenders are solid Martini makers who know what “extra dry” means. That my friends is bonus points in my book.

As far as I can tell
the best beer selection around is actually Broadway Brewery. I’m not completely sold on their in-house brews, but they’ve got a better craft beer selection than anywhere else I’ve tried in town.
Making fun of the "Mizzou Needs a Fullback" Club since...well, for a while, anyway.
