PrintFormer Tiger star basketball player Leo Lyons was hurt today in a summer leauge game with the New York Knicks with an apparent shoulder injury. He was hurt going for a layup when former Rutgers center Hamady Ndiaye stood him up and forced him hard down to the court. It likely hurts the chances of Lyons making the team after putting up impressive numbers, notching 21 points in 21 minutes, hittting a 3, and grabing 7 rebounds.
