Mizzou Links, 1-3-11
We start with a link that does not really fall into any of the categories below; it is, plain and simple, a Mizzou link: The Trib's Year in Review recap.
Then, we move on to something that is becoming much more of a habit: a Mizzou player making a big play in the NFL. This week, we only had Brad Smith ripping off a long option run, Ziggy Hood getting a sack for the third straight game, Chase Daniel completing his first regular-season pass, Chase Coffman making his first career start, Martin Rucker getting some special teams time and William Moore making a tackle for loss, and Sean Weatherspoon dumping Gatorade on his caoch. Yawn. Slow week.

The KC Star came through with two of their best articles in a long time this past weekend. First, you've got Sam Mellinger's outstanding look at Marcus Denmon and the pain he's been experiencing lately. Next, you've got a really interesting Brady McCullough article about how Mike Anderson, Frank Martin and Bill Self use stats to evaluate their players and their teams. Well done, guys.

Interesting thoughts from MA
I would pay $$$ to access Mizzou content (if it included football & basketball) on my mobile devices, computer, and ultimately TV. For a Tiger a long way from Missouri, it would be nice to have a sort of espn360 on steroids.
Hi Friends. Hi Friends. Hi Friends
Sorry, been listening to alot of Deadmau5.
Let’s make 2011 a great year for Rock M Nation and Missouri, time to see some spunk around here!
GET IT UP

Possibly one of the most confusing band line ups ever. I mean when are they called what and why?
I need a Venn diagram.

Part of me thought I might have a shot to go to a Rams playoff game.
Annoying You Since 1986
I can't believe a team as bad as the Seahawks is going to the playoffs...
That being said, I can’t believe a team as bad as the Rams was one win away from the playoffs…

That sucks
But don’t worry, Bradford will take you there in the coming years.
Seriously, he is Manning 2.

Not sure if you guys heard...

Help yourself get over the devastating news about King Franklin
by listening to the new Decemberists Album “The King Is Dead” in it’s entirety.
Very good.
The sleeper has awoken. . .awakened. . .he woke up.
The run by Brad made me nostaglic.
I love(d) what Chase and Blaine have brought to the Mizzou offense but Brad was a master of his craft.
"Anderson won't make substitutions. He'll change lines - Tiller, Taylor and English hit the bench while Denmon, Dixon and Paul hop the boards. Welcome to Hockey Night in Columbia. He won't take time outs. He'll take on fuel and tires. Welcome to the Hardwood 400." - Atch
