My understanding is that he has already gone to court and plead guilty to all charges. As an editorial, I am very impressed with how the AD and Coach Pinkel have handled this situation. It shows a lot of character to step up and take responsibility for your actions and show genuine regret when a mistake is made. This makes me even more proud to have him on the sidelines.
