Baylor 42, Missouri 39: Tigers' Defense Wears Down, Another Strong Comeback Falls Short

Mizzou's offense made just enough mistakes, and left the defense on the field just long enough, that eventually the Tigers wilted. Baylor's first 51 plays generated a healthy 297 yards; their next 26 generated a torrid 370. Mizzou got rolling and made a great late charge, but the damage was done. Baylor is undefeated at home, and Mizzou must pick up the pieces and return home for a key, two-game stand. They need to win two of three to finish the season bowl eligible.
