So as someone who could probably benefit from actually PAYING Gabe (and, honestly, who wouldn't)... This question might be moot. But as someone who always seems to bring the inappropriate amount of doom/gloom/whoops to any proceeding.... I'll ask this: Should we realistically be in the mix for 2 (or 3) of the Beal, McLemore, Porter troika... are we going to have spots to put them? Is there someone on this year's roster who might think about bolting, therefore opening up an "extra" spot for one of these recruiting coups, should they want to sign on the dotted line?

I know Saffy's done, and I think Stone's scholly would be open. (right?) But should the planets align and great holes erupt in the earth, four horsemen, etc and ALL THREE for some reason came here... would there be a natural "odd man out" who might be on the hunt for greener pastures? 

I wonder about Steeeeeeeve. I don't harbor any ill will towards the man, and he's a ZOU Crew fave... but could he be better served by heading to a tiny conference team, putting up 30mpg, 12ppg, 9 rpg, 2 bpg? I mean, could he be the kind of guy to get a Europe nod if he was able to shine for a year? He has the body, but he certainly isn't getting the run here at MU.

On a side note... I would trade him to North Texas for... PTBNL. ahem ahem cough cough..
