I figured that headline would get some looks. Mizzou has now played 7 Big 12 games, 3 home and 4 road. And when you look at the difference in team fouls and free throws is pretty shocking.
Mizzou on the Road
Team Fouls: Mizzou 97 Opponent 77
Free Throws: Mizzou 74 Opponet 138; That's a difference of 64 attempts, Mizzou has only attempted 74!!!!
Mizzou at Home
Team Fouls: Mizzou 55 Opponent 66
Free Throws: Mizzou 69 Opponent 56
My question is this, is this just typical home / road splits, poor officiating, or is it Mizzou's style of play?
After watching the OSU game I'm really starting to think its the way this team plays on the offensive end. In half court sets we never seem to attach the basket. We settle of jump shots, and if they don't fall were not big enough to get many offensive boards for second chance points. Just wanted to get some other peoples opinion on this.
