Zimmerman Demoted, Watkins let go from Arkansas (or, maybe not)
Too bad. Wouldn't mind seeing Watkins get on back at Missouri if he's not offered a head spot somewhere, he's been a valuable addition to the last two coaching staffs.
NOTE: During the Mike Anderson Arkansas Presser, Eric Blumberg Tweeted: "Anderson: 'My entire staff is coming with me. I'm big on loyalty.'" So, this must have been a (shocker!) incorrect rumor.

Wow
Wow is all I can muster up. I have a stronger feeling that Melvin Watkins might be considered for the job.
Hopefully not.
Calling Watkins’ tenure at A&M a disaster might be polite.

Yes. I fully appreciate what Coach Watkins has done for Missouri Basketball
and, I’d love to see him either come back in an assistant coaching spot or get a head coaching job elsewhere.
But, he showed in his last opportunity that he is not good enough at managing a major program to get an opportunity at Mizzou.

How exactly do you demote Zimmerman?
He can’t be a grad assistant, can he?
Watkins isn’t terribly surprising because he was a remnant of the previous regime, but demoting Zimmerman seems like a bush league move from this vantage point.

Blumberg is reporting (tweeting) that Anderson says
his entire staff is coming with him. So, don’t know if that was just a sour-grapes rumor or what.

Well
" With his staff from MU — Anderson said Melvin Watkins, T.J. Cleveland and Matt Zimmerman will remain in the same roles they occupied in Columbia — he promised to return Arkansas to the ‘promised land.’ "
He sure makes alot of promises..
