Minimum Qualifications Five to seven year’s successful coaching experience in one or more areas of athlete development/administration/team recruitment for Men’s Basketball or superior personal performance and achievement in Men’s Basketball in combination with relevant life experiences from which coaching ability can be effectively projected. Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations, proven ability to recruit quality student-athletes and ability to manage a quality program.
