One State. One Spirit. One Mizzou
COLUMBIA, Mo. - The University of Missouri is partnering with the Heart of Missouri United Way to assist in relief efforts following Sunday's devastating tornado in Joplin, Mo.
More than 100 Missourians have been killed by the deadly May 22 twister and over 2,000 homes and businesses were destroyed.
The university is producing "One State. One Spirit. One Mizzou." Tornado Relief T-Shirts and all proceeds from each shirt sale ($14.95) will go to support the United Way's United for Joplin campaign. Shirts will initially be sold through the Tiger Team Store, the University Bookstore and online at mutigers.com. Shirts are on-sale now at mutigers.com and will be on sale beginning Thursday afternoon in the Memorial Stadium Team Store and bookstore.
Other ways to assist the United Way's recovery efforts include texting the word JOPLIN to 864833. That will trigger a $10 donation, which will be added to your cell phone bill.
For more information on the United Way's United For Joplin campaign please visit uwheartmo.org.
Tiger fans, your donations do make a difference. Join us in helping out those impacted by Sunday's tornado in Southwest Missouri.

The designer did a fantastic job on these.
If it wasn’t already a no brainer of a purchase because of the cause, it became even more so when I actually got to see the shirt.

Two more coming my way.
Thanks for posting this Andy. Used multiple avenues of donation from your post, and got to scratch that itch of always wanting another Mizzou shirt. Win/win/win/win/win.

Just ordered mine.
Praying for those affected and for safety from more storms. Even from a distance (and having only been through Joplin once, briefly) this has been unreal and heart-wrenching. So glad to see the alma mater and fellow alums taking care of people in need.
just got back from Joplin
The destruction can’t be described. I took lots of pictures and video and helped people get their stuff out of the destruction zone. I’m probably going back this weekend with a crew from CoMO.
You've never heard of RockMNation then you must not be a real fan.

My wife has put together an amazon.com registry for the Joplin Humane Society, which is in dire need of supplies to take care of scores of displaced animals. Of course there are a lot of human beings that need our help, but if you’re a pet lover, please think about who would take care of your pets if disaster struck.
