what's crazy about that...

is that global temperatures are at their coldest level in over a decade, and in placed like Circle Hot Springs, AK, they’re setting new all-time lows (the high a few days ago was -49°F)

I haven't watched anywhere near as much tape as in previous years (which still wasn't much)

But Morgan Steward has the vision of DeVion Moore but the strides of Jared Perry.

Sean Culkin is a LOT more fluid than I gave him credit for.

Are you surprised?

Recruiting is a multi-year process. About 80-90 percent of the time spent recruiting this class was spent under the impression that Missouri was recruiting them to play in the Big 12.

If this happens in future years, it’s cause for concern. But the events of this year make this class next to impossible to judge in that regard.

I think he’s probably naive enough to think Mizzou is gonna become a winner in the SEC.
When they don’t I think he’ll wish he could have competed for a championship.
If either of two routes get you to the NFL wouldn’t you enjoy the path much more that…
involves competing for championships instead of competing for 4th place in a division?
he probably cares more about staying home and being around his family instead of winning championships. I’m guessing that bc if he did care about championships, this recruiting battle would have come down to texas vs. ou vs. lsu vs bama….not arky and mizzou.

I'm feeling really guilty...

I passed a kidney stone yesterday, and the pain of passing it from my kidney to my bladder woke me up REALLY REALLY early, like 4:30. I went to bed late expecting to sleep in, as I don’t have class on Tues and Thurs, just work in the afternoon. Well I was really tired all day yesterday, so I decided to skip my first class today to watch the signing and sleep in… I always feel so bad about skipping class…

PS, passing a kidney stone is the worst EFFING PAIN EVER.

Was at the office til 1:30am. Went through lots of Jameson. Going in just for a half day. I should still be sleeping this hangover off, but I’m wide awake, weird hyper/hungover combo, watching espnu and talking to you guys about how the most important thing going on in our lives for the next 30 minutes is the decision a teenager is about to make!
