So we had a fun evening last night. Got home from errands (and Barnes & Noble) to find that the door on our bulk freezer was cracked and, presumably, had been since it was last opened the night before. A ridiculous amount of food had either thawed or begun to thaw, so both sets of parents came over, we divvied up the food, and we strategized who's cooking what before it goes bad. Today Mrs. Bill C. and I are making Emergency Biscuits & Gravy, grilling Emergency Sirloins, and making an Emergency Lasagna. (And at some point, we will be polishing off last night's Emergency Beef Stroganoff.) Good times! What are your plans for this lovely Saturday, before, during, or after the Final Four games?
