Request for assistance with predatory business practices from a Bulldog fan

Hello Tiger fans,

I was deeply concerned by a comment posted yesterday at Dawg Sports by a regular at our site. His comment, in its entirety, is as follows:

Has anyone else received a call from the Tiger Hotel in Columbia asking for more money for their reservation for the game, which is less than two weeks away? I just had a phone call in which I was told that my reservation would be canceled if I did not pay extra to keep my room, which I booked in January, and they charged me in full (according to their email) in March. I am no lawyer, but I know there are many UGA Law Dawgs who frequent this site. Immediate help needed, thanks.

Have any of you heard of this kind of predatory gouging by the Tiger Hotel before? And if so, is there anything anyone might be able to do to address it?

Thank you in advance for any help you might be able to provide... I'm looking forward to visiting Columbia and being part of Mizzou's inauguration into the SEC in a couple of weeks!
